Refund & Returns
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to JurisTechne Pty Ltd (ABN 77662905375) (“JurisTechne”, “we”, “us”), of 15 Broadway, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia.
1. Your consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
2. Digital reports
Strategy Intelligence Reports and Track-Record Reports are custom digital deliverables prepared for your specific matter. Because work begins on receipt of your completed intake, they are generally not refundable once delivered, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
3. If something is wrong
If a report is faulty, materially fails to match its description, or is not delivered, contact us within 21 days at [email protected]. We will review and, where appropriate, correct the report, re-supply it, or provide a refund.
4. Subscriptions
The Strategy Intelligence Membership is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; see the Subscription Agreement. Unless required by law, part-months and reports already delivered or made available in the current cycle are not refundable.
5. How to request
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We aim to respond within 21 business days.
6. Change of mind
We are not required to provide a refund for change of mind on delivered digital services, but may offer a credit at our discretion.
