The Site and Services also allow you to contribute your own content, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and comments. By submitting such content, you grant JurisTechne a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
- Intellectual Property Rights The Site and Services, including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of JurisTechne or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use any of JurisTechne’s trademarks or trade names without our prior written consent.
- Termination JurisTechne may terminate your access to the Site or Services, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
- Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Share Chain does not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site and Services.
- Limitation of Liability In no event shall JurisTechne be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be in Australia, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JurisTechne may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.
